David Bowie Glastonbury Festival 1971 Acoustic The Supermen (02:45)
The Glastonbury Festival was not always what it is now. In 1971 the organisers lost so much money a
few of the up and coming acts organised a benefit LP which was later sold to repay the festival
debts. One of those tracks was an acoustic number donated by a young Mr. David Bowie and here it is
with a few old pictures of the man himself from www.kamikaziggy.com. This video was also aired on
NME TV Awards 2008.

No offense Bassist, but this has to one of the simplest basslines every recorded. W/out my guitar here, it sounds like just one note, like an F# (2nd fret low E) in 3-4 time. There is a B worked in there too (2nd fret A string). Keep at it, you'll find it.
